Great experience and would use again. Ordered a Fiat Fiorino van for my son from Vanzone late Jannuary for delivery after March 1st. Everyone I've dealt with from Steve in sales to Cath in Customer Service and in particular Marie in Customer Service have been helpful, honest, polite and appear to be genuinely concerned at offering an outstanding level of service. The van was delayed by a few weeks but my son was thrilled when the van arrived at his home yesterday even with half a tankful of diesel, and a helpful driver. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and incidentally we were given an 'outstanding price'. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone. I have bought many new cars over the years and rate the experience with Vanzone as outstanding.

I bought 2 vans from Vanzone and was very satisfied with the company, their open communication, service and honesty. I’m surprised to note a few less than positive comments, however one has to appreciate that these are unprecedented conditions we are witnessing in a number of sectors not just the motor trade therefore a degree of patience and understanding is called for on the side of the purchaser. The financial discount that was given far outweighs any minor delays that may have been forced upon Vanzone through no fault of their own. Yes, I was disappointed to receive one of my vans a couple of months behind schedule and missed out on the new 22 plate by one day, but all in all I was kept up to date with any delays, which helped me arrange the sales of our existing vehicles to coincide with delivery minimising any inconvenience to me. The vans upon arrival were as you would expect, the delivery driver was polite and phoned beforehand to confirm arrival time. I would certainly recommend Vanzone and I will consider using them again when we are due to renew.

FIRST NEW VAN I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO AFFORD 40 YEARS IN THE BUILDING GAME . I SCANNED THE INTERNET FOR SECOND HAND WAY TO EXPENSIVE THEN I WAS GUIDED TO VANZONE FROM A OLD HAPPY CUSTOMER OF THEIRS. I RANG UP FROM SITE SPOKE TO JON HE TOLD ME ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW TOLD ME I`LL BE WAITING FOR AT LEAST 3TO 4 MONTHS VAN DELIVERED TO MY DOOR 3 MONTHS AND 2 WEEKS DELIVERY DRIVER PHONED ME NIGHT BEFORE GAVE ME A TIME. FIRST CLASS SERVICE THANKS TO ALL THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE AND THE LADS BIG THUMBS UP .
